First off, I would like to thank you for visiting my website. This website is an integral part of my business, as it should be. The majority of home buyers and sellers now go to the internet to get their information on buying and selling. The internet has changed the real estate business tremendously. Buyers  anywhere can look at listings in the comfort of their own home before ever having to go out for a showing. Virtual tours put you right inside a home. Did I mention that  all my listings come with virtual tours? (They do.) I also have the ability to get listings to my customers as they hit the market, not days later. The internet has also helped sellers be more knowlegeable as to the value of their home.

The people who designed this website have packed in a lot of information above and beyond my present home offerings. There is a wealth of information designed to help you, the seller or buyer. There is info on buying, selling, mortgages, moving, and who to call for utilities after you move in. There's a community section telling you all you need to know about the area, from weather, to schools, to recreation and shopping,  as well as a list of recommended vendors. All you need to do is open up an index and go exploring.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Miami. My wife and I became tired of always having to fight the crowds, so we recently moved up to Titusville, in Brevard County. We have a beautiful waterfront home on the Indian River.And let me tell you, we love it up here. The people are friendly, the scenery is beautiful and we don't have to fight crowds everywhere we go. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty of new development going on up here, but there is still plenty of room for growth. If you like the outdoors, we've got great beaches, the golf and fishing are both outstanding, and the weather allows you to be outdoors year round. And Orlando is only 35 minutes away.

Three qualities that I possess should convince you to hire me as your representative. Those are professionalism, honesty and integrity. People always complain that theses are qualities becoming more and more difficult to find in a person but I do place a high value on my reputation. What I lack in longevity in the Real Estate profession I more than make up for in my desire to become most proficient in it. Buying or selling a home is a large undertaking and you need to feel comfort in working with someone you know is working for your best interests.
