Space Coast Real Estate

Space coast real estate is hot right now. As the state of Florida's population keeps moving North along both coasts, being able to find an affordable home close to the coast is becoming increasingly difficult. Prices along the coast from Miami-Dade County to Palm Beach County are astronomical. Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River Counties are filling up quickly, and even the Southern part of Brevard County is getting pretty built up.But there still are some areas in the Central and Northern part of Brevard County that would still fit someone's budget without breaking them. There is still room for growth here. Traffic hasn't gotten out of hand yet and there are plenty of highways to get you around. And we're close to Orlando, but far enough away to not be sharing their growth problems. The weather is pleasant and there is plenty to do outdoors. Golf, fishing, boating, and the beach are pretty much year round activities here on the Space Coast in Brevard County.
